With a lingering hamstring injury, Steelers rookie sensation, JuJu Smith-Schuster, will not play Sunday night against the Packers. So, Pittsburgh has made roster moves to adjust to the time spent without their newest receiver.
Smith-Schuster and Terrell Watson were the go-to men in kick returns this season, but with Smith-Schuster out in Week 12, the team decided to enhance their special teams play. According to the team, they have activated Fitzgerald Toussaint to the 53-man roster and have released Terrell Watson.
This comes as little surprise considering Toussaint is known to be a decent punt and kick returner, where Watson was relied more on just the kick return than anything.
