Pittsburgh Steelers 2018 53-man roster after final cuts

The Pittsburgh Steelers officially named the 53-man roster they’ll begin the season with on Saturday, and the final round of cuts includes one or two surprises on the roster this year. Undrafted rookies Matthew Thomas and Ola Adeniyi might have been considered longshots to make the Opening Day roster back in April but, barring any last-minute changes, both have overcome the odds to make the 2018 team after impressive preseasons.

As a technicality, the Steelers actually have 54 players on the roster at the time of this writing because Le’Veon Bell is not actually with the team at the moment.
