Against the fourth-leading passer in the country in Virginia's Brennan Armstrong, Pitt had to stand tall Saturday with the chance to clinch the ACC Coastal Division in front of their fans at Heinz Field.
The Panthers did just that, winning 48-38 to advance to 9-2 on the season, 6-1 in the ACC, and punch their ticket to the ACC Championship Game in Charlotte, N.C. on Saturday, Dec. 4.
After the game, Narduzzi accepted the ACC Coastal Division trophy in front of Pitt's student section, hoisting it above his head before handing it off to the players for them to celebrate while he took the microphone to address the celebrating fans at Heinz Field.
