Do it against Cody Kessler, Josh McCown and the Browns, and that isn’t really significant. Do it against Scott Tolzien and the Colts’ horrible offensive line, well, again, that really isn’t very significant. But Sunday, the Steelers’ defense did it to Eli Manning and the Giants, so maybe it actually is improving and just needed some time to get on track.
The Giants aren’t world beaters on offense and actually are pretty one-dimensional, but the Steelers defense flew around the field and at times confused Eli Manning, who many believe is a future Hall of Fame quarterback. The defense is getting better.
