Like everything else in football, Training Camp isn’t what it used to be. This morning in my “Quick Hitters” piece I alluded to how coaches ‘love’ training camp while players ‘hate’ it. While that remains largely true, the fact is that most NFL camps have changed dramatically over the last few decades and the Pittsburgh Steelers are no exception. While they return this year to St. Vincent College in Latrobe for the first time in a few years due to Covid, that hallowed ground has been their camp setting for over 50 years. That may not have changed, but much else has.
