The Pittsburgh Steelers signed unrestricted free agent inside linebacker Tanner Muse this past week and now the details of that one-year deal have surfaced.
According to the NFLPA database update, Muse, who played for the Seattle Seahawks last season, signed a one-year contract that totals out at $1.01 million, the minimum salary for his credited seasons. No signing bonus was included in the deal so none of Muse’s contract is guaranteed. Last season, Muse made the NFL minimum as a member of the Seahawks.
With no signing bonus involved, Muse’s salary cap charge for 2023 will be just $1.
