The Pittsburgh Steelers are heavily rumored to be in on acquiring San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk.
Dating back to early April, rumors began swirling that the Steelers could be a team to watch for the star receiver after he posted on X for the first time in over a year, directly posting at Mike Tomlin saying he heard they looked alike. From there, the ball has continued to roll, stopped rolling, and started rolling again in a long saga that looks to be ending with Aiyuk in a Steelers uniform.
Tomlin spoke to the media on Wednesday and was asked if the team was looking for another receiver, to which Pittsburgh’s head coach answered with a sly smile.
