Mike Tomlin No Longer Voted As Top Coach Players Want To Play For

Each year since 2019, Greg Auman, formerly of the Athletic now with FOX Sports, conducts a poll at the NFL Pro Bowl to hand out a few end-of-year superlatives. This year, when asked what coach they’d most like to play for other than their own the answer wasn’t overly surprising: San Francisco 49ers head coach Kyle Shanahan. It’s a change from last year when Pittsburgh’s Mike Tomlin took the spot spot.

Shanahan led with six votes, while Tomlin tied for second with Los Angeles Rams head coach Sean McVay and Miami Dolphins head coach Mike McDaniel with three votes each.
