Mike Tomlin calls Patrick Queen the Steelers’ ‘defensive quarterback’

The Pittsburgh Steelers got a gem when they singed former Baltimore Ravens linebacker Patrick Queen to a three-year, $41 million deal - the largest external deal given to a free agent in Steelers history.

Queen’s combination of speed, power, and high football IQ make him the prototypical modern NFL off-ball linebacker, and he is certain to make an already very good Steelers defense one of the best in the league.

Appearing on Up & Adams, head coach Mike Tomlin was asked about his newest linebacker and how happy he is to have him in Pittsburgh.
