In his press conference after practice today (via Steelers.com), Head Coach Mike Tomlin talked about what he liked and didn’t like out of the offensive line during Saturday’s preseason opener against the Seattle Seahawks.
“I thought we played with good energy. I think we’re still growing from a cohesion perspective. I thought we gave up too many hits on the quarterback, and some of it’s cohesion, some of it is guys physically getting beat,” Tomlin said.
“Our goal is to keep our quarterbacks as clean as possible, and we could have done a better job even for a first time out.
