The Steelers will be playing without two starters in their secondary Thursday night when they take on the Titans at Heinz Field. Free safety Mike Mitchell, who had been questionable with Achilles and ankle injuries, will not play. Starting corner Joe Haden had already been ruled out with a fractured fibula.
Veterans Coty Sensabaugh and Robert Golden will take their place in the starting lineup. It’s the second game Mitchell has missed due to injury this season. He had not missed a game during his first three seasons with the Steelers.
The Steelers also won’t dress tight end Vance McDonald, linebacker James Harrison, offensive linemen Matt Feiler and Jerald Hawkins and quarterback Josh Dobbs.
