Pittsburgh Steelers running back Le'Veon Bell has reportedly reached a settlement agreement with the NFL to reduce his three-game suspension to just two games.
Jarrett Bell of USA Today first reported the news Tuesday. ESPN.com's Dan Graziano previously noted the NFL and its Players Association had discussed a reduced suspension based on differences between the old and new drug policies. Bell's situation dates back to a August 2014 arrest on DUI and marijuana possession charges.
The third-year running back is coming off a season in which he tallied over 2,000 total yards and 11 touchdowns for the Steelers.
