Steelers quarterback Kenny Pickett has been watching from afar for the last month after ankle surgery to speed up the healing process for a high sprain.
While the Steelers had lost three straight games, they had a much-needed offensive explosion against the Bengals in a 34-11 win that got them to 8-7 and kept them alive in the AFC playoff race. Mason Rudolph threw for 290 yards and two touchdowns in the win, and also posted a passer rating of 124- all season highs for any Steelers quarterback.
When asked if he had learned anything from watching from the sideline, Pickett gave a simple answer.
