Just one year ago, Pittsburgh Steelers’ defensive lineman Keeanu Benton was the wide-eyed young player in the trenches for the Black and Gold, one that brought a wrestling background and some brute strength to the table.
Now, a year later as a key piece of the Steelers’ defensive line, Benton has been able to observe rookie center Zach Frazier on the other side of the football.
So far, Benton likes what he’s seen from the West Virginia product. In a 1-on-1 sit-down interview with Steelers.com’s Missi Matthews, Benton spoke highly of the Steelers’ rookie center and praised him for not making the game more complicated than it needs to be.
