Kaleb Johnson ‘Excited’ To Get Started In Pittsburgh, Despite Grandfather Being ‘Longtime’ Browns Fan

The Pittsburgh Steelers made their second draft pick at 83rd overall on Friday night, and they used it to select Kaleb Johnson, a running back out of Iowa. Johnson makes a lot of sense and provides good value in the third round.

Speaking to the media, shortly after being drafted, Johnson talked about his mindset coming to Pittsburgh. According to Brian Batko of The Pittsburgh Post Gazette, Johnson says that he’s ‘excited’ to come to Pittsburgh. He also mentioned a funny nugget of info, that his grandfather is a Cleveland Browns fan.

On conference call with Steelers media, Kaleb Johnson said he thought the Titans might pick him if he didn't land in Pittsburgh.
