We’re now less than two weeks away from the NFL Draft and the Pittsburgh Steelers are currently rostering just two quarterbacks — Mason Rudolph and Skylar Thompson. Their pursuit of Aaron Rodgers remains a mystery on both sides.
Heading into the offseason, many believed GM Omar Khan wanted to retain Justin Fields, who displayed growth last season in black and gold. Fields started the first six games of the season last year for the Steelers and went 4-2 but was benched for Russell Wilson leading into week 7.
Fields reportedly had an offer from Pittsburgh on the table but instead opted to join the New York Jets.
