Sports Joey: I had a suspision before, but it really looks like James Franklin is a salesman who can't coach. There is a very long list of guys who could recruit very well but couldn't translate it to actual results. Especially with that murderer's row Big Ten East, Penn State is going to wallow in mediocrity for years to come.
