Earlier this week, we wrote about the rise of Maryland safety Darnell Savage, who according to NFL Network’s Daniel Jeremiah, may sneak into the first round. In that same conference call, Jeremiah said Savage isn’t the only big-time riser. He mentioned another player on the Pittsburgh Steelers’ radar, Notre Dame wideout Miles Boykin, could go higher than expected.
“Sure, I’ll start with Boykin,” Jeremiah said. “There is a lot of love around the league for Miles Boykin, so much so that I anticipate he’s going to go in the second round.
