James Harrison is expected to sign with the New England Patriots, days after the Steelers released their all-time sacks leader.
People, of course, freaked out. Was it surprising or completely inevitable? One of the most recognizable players in modern Steelers history signs with the team’s current mortal enemy. Said mortal enemy has made a habit of signing released Steelers (see: Blount, LeGarrette). Harrison could face the Steelers in the AFC championship next month ... well, it’s the stuff operas are made of.
James Harrison signing with @patriots make me wonder about another sports equivalent.
