Left guard Ramon Foster did not practice Wednesday or Thursday, but he was on the practice field when he needed to be Friday morning. If he missed a third consecutive practice Foster, who is dealing with a right hand injury, would have been unable to play Sunday against the Ravens.
In Foster’s mind, there was never any doubt he’d play.
“It’s Baltimore week,” Foster said. “I said Tuesday I was going to play.”
Foster injured his hand early in the loss to Chicago when he tried to pounce on a fumble. He did not break any bones, but the pain was so intense that it prevented him from reentering the game.
