The Pittsburgh Steelers are scheduled to start the next phase of Organized Team Activities (OTAs) Tuesday, May 22nd, and what should come as a shock to no one — Le’Veon Bell won’t be present.
I consider myself one of the most optimistic fans of the black-and-gold you will find, but at what point would anyone think Bell would show up?
Was it the lack of negotiations the past month, or so?
Was it how he said he would rather quit the game than play under the franchise tag?
Or how about the precedent he set last year by avoiding all offseason, and preseason, workouts until the regular season began.
