James Harrison provided a sworn affidavit to the NFL through the players association today in response to the league’s request for an interview about performance enhancing drug use.
Adam Schefter of ESPN tweeted a picture of the sworn affidavit in which Harrison states he has never met Charles Sly, the main source in the Al-Jazeera America report that implicated Harrison and others for PED use. Sly recanted his account hours after Al-Jazeera America published its story.
In the affidavit, Harrison also states he did not have any communications with Sly, was never supplied with the substance “Delta 2” and has never ingested Delta 2.
