This season the Pittsburgh Steelers will entertain the Las Vegas Raiders on Christmas Eve. While they may no longer be the “Oakland Raiders,” their history followed them to Vegas. That means when they come to the Steel City, it will be another installment of one of the NFL’s great rivalries.
It was already a budding rivalry when nearly 50 years ago to the day they’ll play this season, the greatest play in NFL history occurred between the Steelers and Raiders. The “Immaculate Reception” helped launch the dynasty of the 1970’s Steelers and we are thrilled to help Steeler Nation celebrate it.
