The Arizona Cardinals scooped up former Pittsburgh Steelers running back James Conner a few days ago as they signed the former third-round draft pick out of Pittsburgh to a one-year, $1.75 million contract. With Conner signing for so cheap, many Steelers fans are now wondering why the team didn’t bring him back for that same price.
