It seems as though the Pittsburgh Steelers are always trying to improve their physicality in this or that department, or at least paying lip service to it. Even at the wide receiver position, they sought to improve their physicality, including the blocking, over the past five years or so.
JuJu Smith-Schuster was a fine blocking receiver—for the most part. James Washington and Chase Claypool were also drafted, in part, due to their physicality, and both expressed an appreciation for the physical aspect of the game, including blocking assignments. They never really quite lived up to all of that.
