Gene Collier: A graduate of the Tisch School, I believe, at NYU, Gaga is a massive talent, both visually and musically. The vibe in San Francisco is laid back as ever, with just a touch of impatience with the Super Bowl, which locals have noticed does not include the 49ers or the Raiders from across the bay.
