Down the stretch of the 2022 season, few offensive lines were as good as the Pittsburgh Steelers’ offensive line was, at least from a run game and pass protection standpoint.
Much maligned throughout the offseason and early parts of the season due to some struggles adjusting to a new position coach and trying to learn how to play with each other, the offensive line gelled down the stretch and really played well, helping the Steelers find an identity offensively while going 7-2 in the second half of the season to finish 9-8 overall.
Despite the strong play in the second half, the Steelers enter the offseason ahead of the 2023 season with a potential opportunity to upgrade pieces on the offensive line, particularly on the left side at left tackle and left guard.
