There was a new face at practice on the Steelers’ first day of mandatory minicamp. Per a story from Alan Saunders of Steelers Now, Pittsburgh invited defensive lineman Jayden Peevy to mandatory minicamp to try out for the team.
Peevy told Steelers Now that he’s been a Steelers fan his entire life.
Peevy went undrafted in the 2022 NFL Draft before signing with the Tennessee Titans. The 6’5, 308-pound defensive lineman recorded 43 total tackles and two sacks in his final season at Texas A&M.
