Former Pittsburgh Steelers QB Josh Dobbs has reportedly agreed to terms on another contract to extend his NFL career. This time, he will be heading to the New England Patriots on a two-year contract worth $8 million according to NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero.
This will be the ninth team that he has been under contract with in the NFL as he enters his ninth season in the league.
Originally drafted by the Steelers in the fourth round of the 2017 NFL Draft, Dobbs was a the backup in Pittsburgh from 2017 to 2021 with a brief stint on the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2019 to break up his time in Pittsburgh.
