In relocating from the Los Angeles area to Pittsburgh, billionaire businessman and former film executive Thomas Tull is leaving behind more than just the sunnier, faster-paced, car-crazed California lifestyle.
Mr. Tull and his wife, Alba, this week put up for sale — at an asking price of $85 million — their 33-acre estate in the L.A. suburbs that includes a 50,000-square foot home, a lake, cascading pools, stone bridges, cinema, organic farm, two swimming pools and more.
The property in Westlake Village, about 35 miles from Downtown Los Angeles and Beverly Hills, is listed by Jordan Cohen of RE/MAX Olson & Associates, who calls it “a one-of-a-kind masterpiece estate.
