The Pittsburgh Steelers were three wins short of their ultimate goal in 2017. As the front office searches for more talent the key to improvement in 2018 may come from within. Here are several players who could have a much bigger impact next season.
2016 second round pick Sean Davis came out firing in his rookie season. While he wasn’t a world beater he did show promise, and left fans expecting more in his sophomore season. Unfortunately he regressed. In 2018 the team needs him to improve. For a safety Davis has been very good in run support, which will be even more important in 2018 after the loss of linebacker Ryan Shazier.
