Earl: Ed, Ken Stabler passed away this month. Do you think he should be in the HOF since you are a hall of fame selector?
Ed Bouchette: Yes, I've long felt that way and have voted for him in the past in our preliminary votes but he never made it to the final 15 when we actually vote on the class the day before the Super Bowl. He now is eligible as a Seniors candidate and I believe he will be nominated one day.
Nate: Ed, ESPN is reporting that the NFL and NFLPA are in settlement talks to reduce Bell's suspension down to as low as 1 game possibly.
