The Philadelphia Eagles entered Saturday with just 50 active players on their roster. They’ll now exit Saturday with 55 active players on their roster.
On Saturday, the Eagles signed defensive back Grayland Arnold, tight end Jason Croom and defensive back Elijah Riley to the roster from the team’s practice squad. Additionally, the Eagles activated wide receiver Quez Watkins and cornerback Craig James from the team’s Reserve/Injured list.
Of those five players, Watkins is the most intriguing one when it comes to Sunday’s game against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Watkins was a sixth-round pick of the Eagles in 2020 out of Southern Mississippi and the second-fastest wide receiver (4.
