Duquesne got off to slow starts its last two games and never could catch up, resulting in a two-game losing streak.
The Dukes made sure that didn't happen again Wednesday night against DePaul, turning in an excellent first half and never looking back.
Duquesne led by as many as 15 points in the opening half and wound up beating DePaul, 66-55, at UPMC Cooper Fieldhouse.
Dae Dae Grant and Joe Reece had 15 points apiece to lead Duquesne (8-3). Jimmy Clark III added 13 points and eight rebounds, while Quincy McGriff had eight points and eight rebounds.
