The Pittsburgh Steelers’ pass rush has not lived up to the allure created throughout the 1990s and 2000s. And everyone on the current roster knows it.
It is, as you would expect, one of the goals for every potential pass rusher this season, but the pressure may be on first round selection Bud Dupree the most.
“I want to be in that group that brings it back…we want to bring back that hunger, that eagerness to go after the quarterback,” Dupree told Tom Reed of Cleveland.com during last week’s rookie symposium.
