Dulac: Steelers ‘Have Their Two Starting Tackles’ For 2024 In Dan Moore Jr., Broderick Jones

The Pittsburgh Steelers seem to have an obvious need this offseason when it comes to the offensive tackle position.

Left tackle Dan Moore Jr. was Pro Football Focus’ worst-graded pass-blocking tackle in all of football last season and has struggled in that area the last two seasons. Meanwhile, rookie Broderick Jones played out of position at right tackle in 2023 and ended the season on a sour note, struggling down the stretch.

Despite there being a clear need to upgrade the tackle position through free agency or via the 2024 NFL Draft, kicking Jones back over to his more natural left tackle position, the Steelers have their two starting tackles for the 2024 season, according to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette’s Gerry Dulac.
