When Robert Citrone first met his future wife, Cindy, at a bar more than 25 years ago, he made three claims to try to entice her to go on a date with him.
The first two — that he spoke French and owned a boat — were just false bravado. The third, and probably most outlandish assertion, was that he would one day own a part of his beloved Pittsburgh Steelers.
