The NHL on Thursday announced its representatives from each team for next month's All-Star Game, and there should be no surprise as to who will be representing the Penguins.
Sidney Crosby was chosen by the league to represent the Penguins in the All-Star Game, marking the ninth time he has been chosen following selections in 2007, 2008, 2009, 2011, 2015, 2017, 2018 and 2019. He's only played in four of those games, having missed the other four due to injury.
Only Mario Lemieux has been chosen for more All-Star Games in Penguins franchise history.
