While other teams have been agreeing to terms with some of the biggest names available, the Pittsburgh Steelers have been relatively quiet in free agency. It was reported that they signed corner Darius Slay, but it seems that might not be true yet. Slay is a six-time Pro Bowler, being one of the best corners in the NFL at one time. However, at 34 years old, he might be poised to take a step back. Despite that, former NFL wide receiver Chad Johnson believes adding Slay would be great for Pittsburgh.
“Darius Slay is well capable of still being an elite corner in this NFL,” Johnson said recently on his Nightcap podcast.
