In just his second season in the NFL with the Pittsburgh Steelers, wide receiver Calvin Austin III already has the respect and admiration of his teammates on and off the field.
Austin, who missed his entire rookie season with an injury suffered in training camp before making his debut this season and providing the Steelers with some big plays, was named the Steelers’ recipient of the Ed Block Courage Award Tuesday, the team announced.
Austin received the award as a recipient from all 32 teams who are voted for by their teammates as role models of inspiration, sportsmanship, and courage.
