Ben Roethlisberger loves to go deep on the field, and apparently he treats his hobbies the same way.
The Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback participated in an episode of "Gridiron Outdoors" with Mike Pawlawski on the Outdoors Channel. Roethlisberger was shooting a long-range rifle off a mountainous perch with his father, Ken, and former Navy SEAL Clayton Hergert.
This was a fairly straightforward exercise of target practice. For Roethlisberger, however, the session fostered childhood memories.
"You think about dream jobs, I wanted to be like James bond or a Top Gun fighter pilot or being like the bad dude that's a sniper that can shoot from a mile away," a bearded Roethlisberger told the show.
