Art Rooney II Says Reports On Roethlisberger’s Rehab Have Been Positive: ‘So Far, So Good’

On Tuesday, it was reported by Ron Cook of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette that Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger is now scheduled to visit his doctors in California on Feb. 21 to have his surgically repaired elbow examined and that time he hopes to get clearance to begin throwing tennis balls and other light objects. On the heels of that report, Steelers team president Art Rooney II was asked to provide an update on Roethlisberger during a conference call with fans as part of Steelers Nation Unite program.

“So far, so good as far as Ben’s progress,” Rooney said of Roethlisberger’s elbow rehab.
