Pittsburgh Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin confirmed during his press conference this morning that everyone who’s healthy will play in the team’s preseason opener on Friday night against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Raymond James Stadium.
“All that are healthy are scheduled to play at this juncture. How much they’ll play is yet to be determined,” Tomlin said via the team’s YouTube channel.
Pittsburgh has had some guys dealing with minor injuries, safeties Tre Norwood, Damontae Kazee and Keanu Neal as well as outside linebacker Nick Herbig. Running back John Lovett also did not practice on Tuesday.
