The Pittsburgh Steelers have officially released their initial depth chart for the 2024 NFL season ahead of their Week 1 preseason matchup against the Houston Texans.

There weren’t any major surprises on the initial depth chart... though some might consider Russell Wilson over Justin Fields as QB1 a “shock” after a solid training camp thus far. However, Tomlin and OC Arthur Smith have maintained the stance that Wilson is in the “pole position” for the starting quarterback job, so the news isn’t all that surprising after all.
