With rookie minicamp in the books, the Pittsburgh Steelers officially kick off their first of 10 Organized Team Activities on Tuesday, May 21 — otherwise known as “OTAs”. Though participation in OTAs is voluntary, there’s little doubt that the bulk of the Steelers’ roster — particularly on offense, as they look to install Arthur Smith’s new scheme — will be in attendance.
