2022 NFL Draft Player Profiles: UTSA OL Spencer Burford

— Good agility and mobility
— Consistent pass set and uses his length well
— Sand in the pants to anchor versus power rushers
— Handles twists, stunts and cross face rushes well
— Can play in multiple run blocking schemes
— Strength to move defenders and quickness to cut them off
— Will play with a nasty demeanor
— Mobility to pull, climb and lead on screens

— Depth in pass set varies leaving him chasing up the arc
— Feet don’t always mirror and relies on length to push defenders
— Punch in pass pro is adequate lacking power behind it
— Will get pulled of his spot when chest is exposed
— Hand strength can be improved to lock on to defenders
— Pad level gets high as a run blocker
— Sustain to the whistle can be better overall
— Balance can get over his toes on base blocks
