- Overall accuracy is quite good, especially when protected
- Quick release and compact throwing motion
- Willing to be selectively aggressive with the football, will throw into 50/50 situations
- Shows the ability to lead his receivers into extra yards, throws to correct side of body
- Solid accuracy downfield, can throw an effective back-shoulder fade

- Arm strength is average and not helped by inconsistent footwork

- Does not consistently throw with anticipation
- Struggles to anticipate holes opening in zone coverage consistently
- Struggles to read complex defenses post-snap
