The Good:
- -Sets up inside counter with great burst off the ball
- -Consistently threatens edge with get-off and bend
- -Determined run defender with a hot motor
- -Good length and strength for the position
- -Short area explosion is really impressive and jumps off the screen for the position and body type
- -Has a clear rush plan at the snap and sets it up well throughout the game
The Bad:
- -Struggles with consistency in converting speed to power
- -Pad level fluctuates; doesn’t have the anchor strength or drive strength when pad level is elevated
- -Wins too often with get-off and leans on his speed too much off the edge
- -Has a tough time finishing in space against running backs
- -Needs to develop hand usage a bit more at the next level
- -Limited in coverage reps and struggles in spot drops with feel and awareness
Bio:
- -Transferred to Florida as a graduate student for 2019 season from Louisville
- -Missed entire 2018 season at Louisville with torn wrist ligaments
- -Was named team captain for Cardinals before 2018 season
- -Redshirted in 2015
- -Played in 26 games at Louisville, starting 7 games total
- -Finished college career with 19.
