In a little more than 24 hours we’ll know whether or not the Pittsburgh Steelers will play the New England Patriots in the annual Thursday night regular-season opener as it’s now being reported that the 2015 schedule will be released Tuesday night at 8 p.m. ET.
According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, there will be two-hour SportsCenter special on the NFL schedule release beginning at 8 p.m. ET and it will move over to ESPN2 at 9 p.m. ET.
It’s long been speculated that the Patriots will open up the 2015 season at home against either the Steelers or the Philadelphia Eagles.
