The Pittsburgh Steelers set their initial 53-man roster Tuesday afternoon. But that doesn’t mean their squad is done taking shape. Like the rest of the NFL, Pittsburgh is exploring outside options to potentially bring onto their team, creating post cutdown roster shuffling.
